In this role, you will contribute to solve Fleet concerns while supporting the Surface Ship Maintenance and Modernization as a Liaison Officer (LNO) to COMBAVSURFLANT (CNSL) for Surface Ship Sustainment. This position has a direct impact on the sustainment of Naval Ships, Sailors, and the future of the Fleet. In this role, you will perform multi-faceted assignments requiring the analysis of complex systems and projects. You will utilize effective concepts and principles in the performance of a variety of projects and work directly with customers and team members to define problems, engage stakeholders, and drive solutions. You will work directly for the LHA/LHD Sustainment Manager to provide situational awareness on the decisions being made during the modernization and maintenance of LHA/LHD Class ships and provide recommendations on how to standardize decisions to improve future sustainment initiatives.
You will be an ideal candidate if you are an experienced Senior Enlisted or Surface Warfare Officer with significant Surface Ship experience. Candidates must be able to deliver impactful solutions, possess attention to detail with strong analytical skills, communicate effectively using verbal and written forms, and demonstrate initiative in employing problem-solving skills.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary for this role is $73,775.81 to $119,884.79; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
