This Serco position supports the PM PNT’s product support services requirement for logistics engineering support services, installation, and repair, and field support (e.g., training, new equipment fielding, and property support; and Field Service Representatives, etc.) for new or existing hardware and software products. You will be part of a team that collaborates closely with the customer and other team members to deliver quality support. 

In this role you will:

• Provide overall oversight for all aspects of logistics for the contract, including oversight of system fielding, implementation, and execution of field support
• Approve final version of reporting for obsolescence management, maintenance reporting, failure reporting, asset reporting, post fielding reports
• Monitor efficiency of field support personnel and makes recommendations regarding co-use of personnel
• Perform system life-cycle cost analysis and develop component studies
• Provide oversight for planning and execution of training support across all programs
• Stay informed of logistics technology advances, and Government policies and apply them to improve logistics processes procedures and continuous improvement.
• Other duties may be assigned.
