CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities which automate processes or improve transparency for analytics and decision making.

In support of this effort the CNIC N6 Systems Administrator will serve as Tier II support for CNIC working with the CNIC Support Center and Public Safety Network liaising with contractors to troubleshoot system issues and resolve all problems with the system.

In this role, you will: 

• Perform routine network administration tasks to include, but is not limited to, performing administration and maintenance of network infrastructure hardware and components, troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, create and maintain associated documentation
• Troubleshoot alarms and system outages and engage with program-level support personnel, base-level communications, and regional staff to resolve issues.
• Provide regional and local level design, installation, and maintenance support to Navy-wide Operational Technology (OT) initiatives and programs
• Support government phone efforts such as Purebred or other technical upgrades
• Provide support to resolve technical issues that arise during sustainment
• Aide in counter Unmanned Aircraft System (cUAS) project surveys, installation, and connectivity
• Provide and support installation Base Operating Support (BOS) personnel with PSNet, DBIDS, ELMR and NMCI user requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• An active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Current 8570 IAT Level I certification 
• A high school diploma/GED and 4 years' of relevant experience
• Ability to be on call 24x7
