Position Description

We're looking for developers to join our Facilities and Asset Management Group. As the one of our elite team of the Application Developers, you will get a chance to enrich the Practice and provide innovative solutions to our broad customer base, helping them solve facilities and asset management challenges. We are known for our ability to implement, train, sustain and grow IBM TRIRIGA and Maximo Developers successfully. We are proud that all our customers are referenceable.  In this role, you will:

  • Provide customer consulting support and assist with troubleshooting of deployed IBM TRIRIGA functionality, specializing in Space Management, Reservations, and Asset Management areas.
  • Assist with the configuration of the BIM plugin for IBM TRIRIGA.
  • Create project related documentation including, design documents, user guides and training programs
  • Function as an Asset Management Inventory SME to ensure data is maintained for high quality reporting and opportunity identification.
  • Relational Databases, particularly in the areas of schema structures, reporting, and data integration capabilities
  • Ability to develop new application front end interfaces
  • Apply Agile development processes to manage work and coordinate delivery of solutions to the customer
  • Manage reactive customer requests for unique reports and enhancements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technology with 5-7 years experience in the service's field and related to the job description listed above:
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance. (U.S Citizenship is required)
  • A talent for Problem-Solving and a willingness to master issue resolution techniques
  • Must be able to work with all skill levels in resolving user concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - Specifically with respect to team communication.
  • Desire to grow and learn
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • A flexible, self-motivated attitude with a well-organized, detail-oriented work ethic and have experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consistently updating task tracking system and knowledge base
  • Staying current with trends relating to technology and subject matter applicable to the job
  • Valuing and protecting company, colleague, and customer data

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $91,701.62 to $152,836.04; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
