Position Description

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for driving organizational transformation? Serco-NA has an exciting opportunity for a Change Management Analyst role, where you will play a critical role in leading and managing complex change initiatives across multiple departments or sub-functions within our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding the execution of strategy and the operational direction of our business, ultimately contributing to the success of our mission.

 

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain / maintain a Secret Level DoD Security Clearance.  This position is also contingent an award of contract. 

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of change management strategies across multiple departments or sub-functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Address complex, enterprise-wide challenges by conducting extensive investigation and analysis to develop effective solutions that drive organizational success.
  • Lead and manage cross-department project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of change initiatives.
  • Serve as a key communicator and influencer with senior executive leadership, effectively conveying the importance, impact, and progress of change initiatives.
  • Facilitate negotiation and compromise among stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide direction and guidance to departments or sub-functions, ensuring that change management efforts are effectively integrated into daily operations.
  • Utilize your advanced management and leadership knowledge to navigate and resolve complex issues, leveraging your mastery within a specific technical discipline or broad expertise across multiple related areas.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the organization, recommending and implementing best practices in change management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in change management, business administration, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years with significant experience in change management or a related field, with demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale change initiatives.
  • An active DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
  • Advanced management and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-department project teams and manage across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in investigating and solving complex, enterprise-wide issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage senior executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, compromise, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Mastery within a specific technical discipline or broad expertise across multiple related areas.
  • 10% travel required.

Additional Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in a government or defense-related environment.
  • Familiarity with government contracting processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of best practices in change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation projects within mid-sized to large organizations.

In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $56,397.65 to $84,596.99; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills
