You will lead a team of nine, hardworking and geographically dispersed financial, configuration data management, and program analysts.

In this role you will:

  • In addition, you will serve as the Task Lead for the Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) Program.
  • Provide daily coordination and support to the SSC Principal Acquisition Program Manager (PAPM) government team.
  • Manage support team priorities to ensure high quality products are delivered to the customer on time.
  • Attend meetings with the customer and ensure minutes of action items are documented and completed.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer daily, providing updates on program status and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Identify and implement solutions to operational challenges, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Prepare high-level internal program briefs, presentations, and white papers for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with government entities and understand compliance requirements related to product deliverables.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the LCAC team including Staff Meetings, TPS reviews, and other relevant meetings, including taking minutes and identifying and tracking action items to resolution.
  • Perform regular tasking in the Integrated Data Environment (IDE).
  • Set up and run high-level meetings for the customer.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, high quality performance, and professional development.
  • Travel to support the Program Office when needed.
  • Provide timely and efficient responses for all urgent SSC tasking.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
