The Software Engineer (Entry Level) will provide software support and modernization for the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) program within the US Space Force. You will perform software sustainment engineering on the various mission and non-mission systems using Agile Software Development. As part of the Agile process, actively participate in daily Scrum providing awareness of all assigned software engineering tasks as part of your role in providing development and maintenance activities for Satellite Control Network (SCN) software products. You will create software work products and related artifacts to implement the Backlog Items that describe functional and non-functional needs for a product. You will use the Agile approach to continuously make software process improvements and efficiencies.
In this exciting role you will provide command and control software support for the DoD SCN. Software engineers work as a team with senior engineers to maintain, sustain, modify and test the enabling software for the SCN.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $83,365.11 to $138,941.85; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
