As the Project Leader (AEGIS Combat Systems), you will lead our support of the PMS 400D5 Branch Head providing insight and support to the Test and Delivery of DDG 51 class destroyers. Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their PMS 400D contract supporting the acquisition of AEGIS destroyers. We work alongside the Navy civilian and military team to oversee the construction, testing and delivery of Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) Class Guided Missile Destroyers to the Fleet. We help identify and resolve thousands of technical challenges to continue to update and modernize a ship class that started construction over 35 years ago to include major flight upgrades to the combat system as well as HM&E systems making these ships our Navy’s first line of defense around the world.

In compliance with the District of Columbia’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $114,046.03 to $185,324.50; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
