The Training Specialist will be part of a dynamic and innovative team, working under the direction of the Training Supervisor within the Training Department. The Training Department supports and enables various operations teams by designing and delivering engaging educational activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees. These activities include self-led courses, instructor-led sessions, microlearning products, and full courses housed in the Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, adaptable, and training-minded, with a passion for creative problem-solving and a collaborative spirit.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the target salary range is $60,000 - $65,000; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
