As a Program Project Leader, you will:

  • Support the PBGC Customer Support Services Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to define and implement project requirements at the program level.
  • Support the development of the CSS Learning Club a professional development curriculum to aid employee growth and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assist in creating strategic initiatives and visions that help drive efficiencies across the contract.
  • Support strategic projects applying change management methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Support the Six Sigma Yellow Belt projects to drive efficiencies.
  • Participate in long-range planning, analysis, and project design. Creates reports and provides timely updates to PMO.
  • Provide administrative and technical support in the creation of presentations and monitoring meetings.
  • Monitor and evaluate internal project activity, reports on progress to leadership, and helps with issue/risk mitigation.
  • Provide business development support as required.
  • Work with minimal supervision with latitude and independent judgement.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the target salary range is $85,000 - $100,000; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four years experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 - 4 years of relavant experience which includes but is not limited to: work in the financial industry (banking, retirement like 401K or Pension, customer contact services) or direct experience with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
  • Advanced knowledge of PBGC systems and PBGC day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Capability to independently run projects with minimal supervision.
  • Skill in data analytics and data aggregation at a base level.

Candidates must be located in one of the following states: OH, FL, WV, VA, MD, DC, DE, PA, IA, TN, GA, CO, MN, TX, SC, KY, ME, NC, or MA.
