Serco is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the Global Battle and Mission Readiness Division at our Orlando, FL location. In this role, you will:

• Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analyses, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
• Conduct analyses at all levels of total system products, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Must be majoring in or have majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) degree.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
