Position Description

Serco is seeking a Sr. Principal Collective Trainer for Intelligence to join our team at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) Mission Training Complex in Washington State. In this role, you will serve as an Intelligence Trainer and Systems Operator, delivering advanced training and simulation support at the Brigade, Division, and Corps levels. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide instruction on Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) and related intelligence functions.
  • Collaborate with the Intelligence Training Manager to ensure site-wide support for intelligence training.
  • Operate and train on Intelligence Simulation Systems such as WARSIM Intelligence Module (WIM), Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT), Virtual UAS, and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE).
  • Integrate intelligence simulations with the Intelligence Fusion Server (IFS), connecting with Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A) sub-systems and other Mission Command Information Systems.
  • Serve as an MUSE trainer and system operator.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • One of the following educational/experience combinations:
    • High school diploma or GED with at least 14 years of experience in Military Intelligence/Targeting operations at the Brigade, Division, or Corps level
    • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of related experience
    • Master’s degree with at least 8 years of related experience
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with Special Background Investigation
  • Proficiency with MUSE and virtual unmanned aerial systems (VUAS)
  • Capability to instruct on Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield
  • Willingness to travel within CONUS (up to 10%)
  • Must be able to work on-site at JBLM in Washington

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • In-depth experience with Military Intelligence/Targeting at senior levels
  • Hands-on expertise in simulation systems used in intelligence training
  • Strong integration knowledge across mission command systems and intelligence platforms

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • 10+ years in Military Intelligence/Targeting operations at BDE/DIV/CORPS level
  • Graduate of SAMS or MEL 1
  • Experience operating WIM, MUSE, IEWTPT, and Virtual UAS
  • IAT Level II certification
  • Experience as a BDE-level or higher S2, Senior Warrant Officer Order of Battle Technician, or Divisional/ACE NCOIC
  • 5+ years working with DCGS-A and PMFWS
