The Citizen Services business unit has set the standard of excellence for large-scale, high-volume programs that deliver vital technology-enabled citizen services in areas including healthcare, retirement benefits and intellectual property. We stand-up large-scale programs quickly, operate them effectively and achieve program mandates and outcomes. We serve a wide range of Federal Civilian customers across the US and Canadian Governments.

 

We are currently looking for individuals to support our work assisting individuals with disabilities secure work.

 

The Vocational Rehabilitation Payments Manager shall oversee a team responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of payments made to partner organizations for services provided . In addition,  this individual will lead the regularly occurring educational calls with vocational rehabilitation partner organizations. This individual will also be responsible for creating and presenting new material, leading calls, and responding to technical ad hoc questions.

 

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $89,886 to $146,063; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

 

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a currently accredited institution in a related field, and

 

Required Experience

Five (5) or more years’ experience in

  • Accounting
  • Business Administration,
  • Management
  • Public Administration,
  • Vocational Rehabilitation,
  • Social Work, or Policy

 

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with the SSA Ticket to Work Program
