Position Description

Serco is seeking a senior C2 and Cyber SME to join our Team; Hybrid work is an option!

 

The C2 and Cyber SME will be a part of the Agile Impact team withing Serco, NA.  Agile Impact provides subject matter expert advice, solutions, and support to a wide range of DoD (Air & Space Force, Navy, Army, Missile Defense Agency) and non-DoD (DHS, HHS) government customers. Within DoD, Agile Impact provides analytics capabilities for the sustainment of existing and development/fielding of next generation capabilities.

 

You will be expected to support a wide variety of projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. You will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results. You must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers. You will work in close collaboration with senior government and commercial customers providing consultation, recommendations, and support. You must also have excellent listening as well as oral and written communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a C2 and Cyber subject matter expert working on project teams with other consultants representing multi-disciplinary skillsets
  • Provide Tactical Data Link (TDL) expertise for cyber resilience and C2 exercise planning and execution
  • Plan and execute mission-based cyber risks assessments and cyber-attack path analysis
  • Develop RMF Assessment and Authorization strategies and packages for IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems, including DoD Platform IT and Facilitated-related Control Systems
  • Contribute to the development of a variety of technical documents requiring C2 best practices and cyber content
  • Develop customer briefings and support meetings
  • Support bid and proposal efforts involving C2, TDL, and cyber resilience expertise
  • Contribute to customer engagement and business development efforts
  • Educate and influence stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams on effective solutions and best practices

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • An active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Master’s Degree
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in operational C2 
  • Experience with AOC weapon systems and data link gateways
  • Working knowledge of Department of Defense IT and Cybersecurity policies, instructions, directives, and technical guidance, including Cyber Test & Evaluation and the Risk Management Framework
  • Experience with developing, analyzing, and/or testing Joint C2 and security architectures
  • Working knowledge of critical technology protection and/or DAU Program Protection Program certification desired
  • Active-duty military experience or Federal Government service
  • C4ISR expertise
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
