Position Description

If you love high profile and challenging projects supporting the US Navy- Serco has a great opportunity for you! As a Military Program Analyst, you will be supporting the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Air Warfare Division (N98), Multi-Engine Aircraft and Programs Branch Requirements Officer.

 

Serco supports the US Navy as a prime for their OPNAV N98 Maritime and Carriers Support contract. Our team directly supports the OPNAV N98 staff with analytical subject matter experts.You will be part of an 13-member contracting team that works closely with the customer, onsite at the Pentagon to deliver quality resourcing analysis. The team has been recognized by the Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract and program.

 

In this role you will support the Maritime (MPRA) Section Head, Deputy Section Head and Requirements Officers by assisting in:


• Support Air ASW Sensors / TOC Requirements: Provide requirements knowledge, administrative support, financial management expertise and other relevant support and analysis during the PPBE process.
• Provide support for funding priorities and acquisition development for all ASW Sensors / TacMobile programs through Department of Defense Joint Capabilities Integration Development System, Acquisition and Planning, Programming, Budgeting Execution processes.
• Provide support of analyses and evaluation of ASW sensors, weapons, TacMobile plans and requirements logistical and engineering technical aviation support, Military Construction requirements, Non-Nuclear Ordinance Requirements (NNOR), and Non-Combat Expenditure Allowance Requirements and Procedures for OPNAV N980M.
• Analyze Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Program issues and potential courses of action.
• Provide support at briefings, meetings, various working groups and conferences when the MPRA Requirements Officers are not available.

• Assisting in the development of Concept of Operations, force structure, Information Support Plan, and Key Performance Parameter documentation, Test and Evaluation Master Plan and Training Support Plans.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An active Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or similar.
    • In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 5 years applicable work experience. 
  • Minimum of 10 years experience with USN Maritime platform operations along with Maritime TacMobile operations.
  • Experience with directly advising military customers.
  • Experience with PBIS, APHM, CIMS, and ETMS2

 

Additional desired skills:

  • Expertise with the suite of Microsoft Tools such as Windows, Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
