We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst to join our team that is providing non-personal professional and engineering support services for the International Fleet Support Program Office (IFSPO), PMS 326, within the Office of NAVSEA’s Director for Surface Ship Maintenance and Modernization (PEO SEA21), supporting the day-to-day management of Security Assistance Programs and assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The successful candidate will provide financial and administrative support to develop, manage, and close FMS cases to support the modernization, repair, and sustainment of former USN, USCG, and foreign naval vessels. Our government support team for this specific opportunity is led by a Program Manager and Deputy Program Manger having decades of experience working within the Department of Defense. Our PMS 326 government support team falls within our high-performing Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Operation (NASO) which provides critical services to nearly all U.S. Navy surface ships and craft and is achieving truly impactful outcomes. NASO is part of Serco's Maritime Engineering, Technology and Sustainment (METS) business unit. Serco has over 10,000 people in North America, with operations across the U.S. and Canada.
