Serco supports the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in their initiative to improve the operations of the TMC and improve coordination with partners in responding to incidents on the roads. We achieve this goal with an experienced and highly trained team of TMC Operators. This position schedule is Wed-Sat from 8:30p to 7:00am.
You will lead a team that works closely with TxDOT personnel statewide, local law enforcement and other first responders daily. The Shift Supervisor positions are the highest profile positions in the TMC as they are the eyes and ears of detection and management of all activities being handled by the TMC. This is accomplished through the staffing of the TMC 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Currently, there are 3 shifts of differing staff sizes, that provide this coverage, working varied times and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
