Serco is seeking a Project Administrator who will work with a multidisciplinary team supporting engineers who are deployed at DoD facilities worldwide. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact on a critical mission supporting US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM).
Serco supports the US IMCOM Army Child & Youth Services (CYS) Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) to include the equipment within the server rack. Our team installs, upgrades, maintains and provides customer support to the Functional Technology Specialists (FTS), building directors, and staff on site to allow them to perform their mission successfully.
We are looking for an individual who can directly support and foster a positive relationship with the team and customer. You will work directly for the Project Lead providing support to ensure the project stays on tasks and meets contract objectives. You will work directly with the engineers, customer support desk, customer and project lead to develop documentation and procedures. Prefer individuals to live in Colorado Springs however, willing to consider remote work from anywhere in the US.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $63,958.43 to $103,933.76; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
