Serco is seeking a part time IT and Communications analyst to join our Agile Impact Team! Remote work based in Illinois.

The IT/Cyber analyst will be a part of the Agile Impact group. Agile Impact provides subject matter expert advice, solutions and support to a wide range of DoD (Air & Space Force, Navy, Army, Missile Defense Agency) and non-DoD (DHS, HHS) government customers. Within DoD, we provide analytics capabilities for the sustainment of existing and development/fielding of next generation capabilities. In this position, you will join the Agile Impact’s highly qualified interdisciplinary consultants delivering high quality solutions to complex issues for a variety of federal civilian and defense customers. The IT analyst will be a full time Serco Agile Staff professional who will provide a full range of IT and cyber expertise. You will be expected to support a wide variety of projects including working for and with a variety of DoD, Federal, and corporate customers. You will interface with customers on a regular basis to develop project requirements, collaborate and work on integrated teams, and to brief, defend, and support project results. Must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers. You will work in close collaboration with senior government and commercial customers providing consultation, recommendations, and support. You must also have excellent listening as well as oral and written communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues.

In this role you will:

• Serve as an IT/Cyber analyst working on project teams with other consultants and SMEs representing multi-disciplinary skillsets
• Employ IT/Networking (including Cloud) expertise to the benefit of Serco and various clients/customers with emphasis on communciations and IT throughout the infrastructure design process.
• Contribute to the development of a variety of technical documents requiring IT best practices and Cyber content
• Develop customer briefings and support meetings
• Support bid and proposal efforts involving IT/Cyber expertise
• Contribute to customer engagement and business development efforts
• Educate and influence stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams on effective solutions and best practices

To be successful in this role you will have:

• An active DoD security clearance required
• Associate's degree in science with more than 9 years of IT/Communications experience
• Experience in developing, integrating, and executing IT, Cyber, Information Assurance, and Information Security policy and programs
• Experience on IT project lifecycle management team
• Working knowledge of Department of Defense IT and Cybersecurity policies, instructions, directives, and technical guidance, including Cyber Test & Evaluation
• Familiarity with Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer duties and responsibilities
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
• Cloud migration and security experience desired
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic, complex, and deadline-intensive environment
• Innovative and driven work ethic
• Ability to travel 10%
