Position Description

In this role, you will help guide projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of advanced C4ISR systems that directly support our warfighters. This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance 

 

In this role you will:

  • Provide support on projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with technical and contractual requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate technical and administrative staff, assigning and prioritizing tasks across multiple workstreams.
  • Review project deliverables for quality assurance and ensure adherence to customer standards.
  • Prepare reports, memoranda, and documentation to update stakeholders on project status.
  • Attend meetings and deliver project briefings to customers and leadership.
  • Guide and train staff on customer procedures and Serco standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee staff schedules and review timecards to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance 
    • U.S Citizenship required 
  • An Associate's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in management or IT
  • Flexibility to travel 10% to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required
    • The ability to obtain/maintain a valid US Passport

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • Strong coordination skills to work effectively with field technicians, company management, functional departments, and government customers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Project
  • 4+ years’ project management experience
