Position Description

Serco's Nellis Location at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center, 31 Combat Training Squadron, is looking for an Electronic Warfare Professional to boost our training environment and challenge the next generation of Warfighters. This is your opportunity to forge the United States Air and Space Forces into a more lethal fighting force, able to tackle the challenges on the horizon!

 

Our Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) are responsible for planning, scripting, executing and debriefing for large force scenarios in support of our customers and the 31 CTS priorities. This role directly supports warfighter readiness by presenting complex, realistic and robust environments across the spectrum of operations.

 

This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your TS/SCI Clearance 

 

 

In this role you will:

  • Lead planning for EM Spectrum Operations during large force employment exercises.
  • Create environments and scenarios that challenge training audiences in the EM Spectrum while informing scenario injects and White Force actions.
  • Script elements to support and achieve customer defined learning objectives.
  • Execute training events using current AFTTPs, Tactics and systems (including NGTS and ASCOT).

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:     

  • Must have an active TS/SCI Secret clearance
    • U.S Citizenship Required
  • Master’s Degree and minimum of 3 years of recent experience on the Compass Call or comparable system, or
    • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years recent experience
  • Weapons School Graduate and Instructor
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

 

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in EM Spectrum Operations
  • Familiarity with NGTS, ASCOT or like simulation/training tools
  • Strong background in scripting and scenario development.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $134,351.78 to $223,919.63; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
