Join Serco as a Data/Network Specialist – Austin Transportation Management Center
Serco is seeking a Data/Network Specialist to join our team supporting the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Austin District’s Traffic Management Center (TMC) operations. This position plays a key role in supporting real-time traffic management, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) integration, and network data performance across the Austin District.
You’ll be part of a vendor-operated TMC project that provides staffing, operations, monitoring, and management of roadway activities within the Austin District. The work environment is collaborative and mission-driven, operating out of the TxDOT Austin District and the Combined Transportation, Emergency and Communications Center (CTECC) facilities — where Serco staff work side by side with TxDOT and public safety partners.
This position ensures that traffic management systems, field devices, and communications networks function seamlessly to keep regional roadways safe, efficient, and connected.
