Position Description

 Looking for a Senior IT Management and Real Property Systems Manager role leading federal program management, enterprise technology modernization, data-driven decision systems, and process transformation? Are you an expert in leading cross-functional teams and executing IT solutions that transform business operations?

We're looking for a highly qualified, asset management focused Senior Consultant to join our team and support our various commercial and public sector clients. In this role, you will: 

  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring alignment with Serco's strategic objectives over 1-, 3-, and 5-year horizons.
  • Advise clients in the value and capabilities of their enterprise real property management technology portfolio, focusing on the modernization of systems for space, assets, and facilities.
  • Author and maintain project tracking, accountability, and reporting artificats
  • Lead and collaborate with a team of employees by mentoring team mates, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Pioneer the development and implementation of emerging technology solutions for current and future customers

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field with 20 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in managing IT budgets and contracts.
  • Proven track record in leading IT modernization initiatives and managing technology portfolios.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and establishing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in authoring policy guides and delivering senior-level presentations.
  • The ability to travel up to 10% 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with federal information systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint development and UX design principles.
  • Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level IT systems.

Salary range: The range for this position can be found at the top of the posting. This range is provided as a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate across all experience levels. Actual base salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the scope of the role, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education and training, key skills, and geographic market considerations. For roles available in multiple states, the range may vary to reflect differences in local labor markets. In addition to base salary, eligible positions may include other forms of compensation such as annual bonuses or long-term incentive opportunities.
