Position Description

RCRP/DPAS ANALYST

Are you a detail-oriented logistics and data professional committed to strengthening the United States Navy’s expeditionary readiness and accountability posture? Do you bring technical expertise in readiness reporting, APSR data integration, property accountability, and warehouse operations within DPAS-WM?

If so, this is your opportunity to excel at Serco North America by supporting NAVELSG’s enterprise-wide Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP) and the Defense Property Accountability System – Warehouse Module (DPAS-WM). We will provide you with professional development, analytics certification support, and opportunities for career advancement.

You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate readiness visibility across Personnel, Equipment, and Supply resource areas while sustaining 100% audit-ready accountability for TOA equipment and assemblies. You will collaborate with experts across logistics, maintenance, and warehousing to ensure accurate reporting aligned with DRRS, NECC, and NAVSUP requirements.

In this role you will:

  • Collect, validate, and enter readiness data into RCRP systems, TABLEAU dashboards, and associated reporting tools.
  • Perform trend analysis for personnel, equipment, training, and supply readiness metrics, identifying readiness gaps and MET-based capability shortfalls.
  • Maintain accurate TOA asset records in DPAS-WM/ELMS, ensuring correct configuration, location, serial-number tracking, and lifecycle data.
  • Conduct recurring Floor-to-Book and Book-to-Floor audits, sustaining audit-ready inventory accuracy across 260+ facilities and 450+ assemblies.
  • Support DRRS alignment, readiness metric validation, and data governance practices consistent with NAVELSG and NECC policies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly readiness summaries for government review, supporting RCRP Monthly Status Reporting (MSR) requirements.
  • Assist regiments and cargo handling battalions with data entry, correction, and quality assurance across RCRP and TABLEAU dashboards.
  • Assign Local Stock Numbers (LSNs) for non-NSN assets and validate system linkages to APSRs such as OMMS-NG, JCM, and EXMIS.
  • Upload ILO inventories, track Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings, and update cost/configuration data in DPAS-WM.
  • Support analysis of inventory accuracy, loss prevention investigations, and readiness impacts tied to material condition.
  • Develop and refine warehouse layout schemas, stow plans, and material-handling structures supporting TOA reconstitution.
  • Collaborate with ILO/ILS staff, Warehouse Managers, and maintenance personnel to ensure alignment between equipment status and reported capability.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, ensuring compliance with NAVSUP, NECC, and DoD property accountability standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Associate’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent military logistics experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with readiness reporting, DoD APSRs (RCRP, DRRS, etc.), or DPAS-WM property accountability operations.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, TABLEAU, data normalization techniques, and analytic review of readiness metrics.
  • Working knowledge of TOA structures, NAVELSG readiness frameworks, and the relationship between material condition and operational capability.
  • Familiarity with NAVSUP logistics processes, MILSTRIP procedures, and supporting systems such as OMMS-NG, JCM, and MBPS.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready reporting.
  • OSHA Certification
  • Undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • DPAS user certification or equivalent Navy property accountability credential.
  • Experience supporting NECC, NAVELSG, or expeditionary logistics commands.
